What does not change during an outage

• Letters already delivered to a postbox stay encrypted and stored. An outage does not delete them.
• Nobody at VppBox can read your letters — during an incident or at any other time.
• The 14-day expiry clock is part of how postboxes work; if an outage affects it, we will say so here.
